Studio 6

Vancouver’s newest creative hub located at 333 Terminal avenue is looking for creators! We have 28 spaces to fill, with natural light, internet, shared kitchen/lounge,  building security, elevators (+ a cargo elevator) close to Main street skytrain, to lease. We know it’s hard to find space in Vancouver that’s why we are so excited for this new opportunity.

After 12 years of successfully running the Terminal ave rehearsal space and creating a thriving community for musicians in this building, Franck Sala is now managing Studio 6. Wendy D Photography is one of our very first tenants. She has a long history of creating and supporting art communities. “I’m so happy to be in a safe, clean, north light studio and can’t wait for this creative community to grow”

The spaces range from 400 square feet to 800 square feet, and include secure key card, Wifi, access to cargo elevator, air conditioning, a communal kitchen lounge, maintained washrooms plus we are also accessible! Each unit also has large windows giving you natural light. Studio 6 also falls inside the East Side culture Crawl and the East Side Arts District.

We are looking for creatives of all sorts, painters, wardrobe, film production office, Sewers, photographers, tattoo artists, designers, non-profit organizations, start up tech companies, Therapists, Counsellors, Theatre troop, Acting rehearsal space, any small creative business.
